Overview
The Roadside Rescue Mechanic – Ely role at The AA is based in Cambridge, England, United Kingdom. You’ll go the extra mile for our members and help get everyone back on the road safely. The AA will support you with training, development and opportunities.
What you’ll be doing
- A communicator: master of diagnostics and able to explain issues clearly to customers
- A self-starter: able to work independently and as part of a team, driving to locations in all weathers
- A fixer/problem solver: use technical expertise to solve roadside or recovery issues
What you’ll need
- NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent
- Full category B driving licence with 6 points or less
- Happy working shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
