Total OTE: Up to £60,000 based on top performers
Shifts: Patrol work, 40‑hour week with flexible shift pattern options. You have the flexibility to choose a schedule that best suits your needs. The number of rest days and shift lengths vary based on the selected pattern.

Responsibilities:
- Starting and finishing on your driveway paid from the moment you get in your van to the moment you get home.
- Working independently across varied locations and conditions while remaining a valued member of a supportive team.
- Using your technical knowledge and clear communication to help ensure a positive customer experience.
- Solve problems on the spot, using your technical skills and calm approach to handle a wide range of roadside situations.
Qualifications:
- NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience.
- Full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less.
- Confidence using and adapting to new technology; we’ll provide the tools, you bring the curiosity.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays because breakdowns don’t stick to a schedule.
