The AA, in partnership with Volkswagen, seeks a dedicated Volkswagen Dedicated Technician to deliver prestige roadside support and high‑calibre customer service. You’ll work with VW diagnostics and drive prestige vehicles, starting and ending each day with a fully equipped VWG van.
With NVQ Level 3 and a UK Cat B licence, you’ll own the customer experience from arrival to repair, handling warranty work and advanced diagnostics while training with VWG and AA programs.
