Salary: £26,750.04

Contract: Full time – permanent – Site based

Hours: 40 hours per week, rotational shifts between Monday – Sunday between 07:00 – 21:00

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our customers via telephone through their breakdown journey, understanding their situation and identifying their needs for the right solution
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through inbound and outbound customer conversations.
  • Engage with customers and build confidence to deliver outstanding customer outcomes on every call
  • Identify customer needs to ensure the correct products are promoted to them whilst resolving all queries
  • Pushing for better by using resources, tools and systems available to offer the best customer outcome
  • Maintain focus and composure during peak call times, ensuring each customer receives the same exceptional level of customer service
