What You’ll Do

  • Deliver prestige roadside support for Volkswagen vehicles, using manufacturer‑specific tools and diagnostics
  • Take complete ownership of the customer experience, from arrival to completion of the repair
  • Combine technical skill with excellent communication to ensure customer satisfaction every time
  • Handle a mix of warranty work, roadside diagnostics, and advanced repairs
  • Start and end your day at home with a fully equipped VWG van, tools, and uniform
  • Work 40 hours per week – currently with a 7 am–8 pm shift range, with flexible standby hours to suit your life

Who You Are

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Confident, independent, and customer focused
  • Holds a full UK Cat B licence (max 6 points)
