This is the job description for a Customer Service Advisor.
Location: Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8EX
Salary: £25,480
Contract: Full time – Permanent - Hybrid
Working Hours: 40 hours over 5 days a week, Monday to Friday shifts between 8am – 7:15pm and alternate Saturday shifts between 9am – 5:15pm.

What will the role involve?
- Supporting customers with complex insurance queries, providing clear guidance and reassurance.
