- Handle incoming service queries with clarity and technical confidence
- Authorize repairs, manage costs, and push for compliance & efficiency
- Collaborate across Operations, Finance, Sales, and Network teams

- Communicate service outcomes simply and effectively
Who You Are
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Experienced in service resolution and vehicle repair networks
- A natural problem‑solver and strong communicator
- Able to analyse data, manage cost vs. margin, and adapt fast
- Skilled in MS Office and confident navigating service legislation
