Location: Oldbury, hybrid working

Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 with occasional Saturday working

If you’ve got automotive repair experience and thrive under pressure, this is your chance to play a pivotal role in minimising downtime and maximising customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle incoming service queries with clarity and technical confidence
  • Authorise repairs, manage costs, and push for compliance & efficiency
  • Collaborate across Operations, Finance, Sales and Network teams
  • Influence process improvements and drive smart commercial decisions
  • Communicate service outcomes simply and effectively

Who You Are

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Experienced in service resolution and vehicle repair networks
  • A natural problem‑solver and strong communicator
  • Able to analyse data, manage cost vs. margin and adapt fast
  • Skilled in MS Office and confident navigating service legislation
