- Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will shape the strategic vision that enables innovation at scale while ensuring our technology foundations remain secure, resilient and built for sustainable growth.
- This newly created executive role gives you the opportunity to establish and shape the Technology Strategy function from the ground up.
- Working closely with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Data, Digital and Operations, you will influence how technology is delivered across the organisation, champion architectural excellence and help accelerate the next stage of our transformation.

What will I be doing?
- Define and lead the enterprise technology strategy, ensuring technology investments directly support business priorities, growth and long-term transformation.
- Develop and oversee the strategic technology and architecture roadmap across cloud, platforms, data, integration and core systems, balancing innovation with modernisation and technical debt.
- Partner with Executive and senior business leaders to translate strategic objectives into prioritised, deliverable technology outcomes that maximise value.
- Establish strong technology governance, architectural standards and decision-making frameworks that enable secure, resilient and scalable delivery.
- Lead the evolution of the Technology operating model, driving continuous improvement, greater delivery effectiveness and stronger organisational capability.
- Act as a trusted executive advisor, providing clear insight, strategic challenge and recommendations to senior leadership and Board level stakeholders.
What do I need?
- Significant experience leading enterprise technology strategy within a large, complex organisation, with accountability for business wide technology direction.
- A proven track record of defining and delivering technology, engineering or architecture strategies that have enabled major business transformation.
- Deep knowledge of modern enterprise technology, including cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, engineering practices, data, integration and digital ecosystems.
- Experience influencing Executive and Board level stakeholders, with exceptional communication, relationship building and strategic leadership skills.
- Strong commercial and strategic judgement, with the ability to balance innovation, operational resilience, regulatory requirements and long-term value.
- A collaborative and inclusive leadership style, with experience developing high performing teams and creating environments where people can thrive.
