The AA is entering a bold new era with AI at the wheel. We’re building a dedicated AI capability, and we’re looking for passionate pioneers to shape what comes next.

Location: London (hybrid working 3 office days per week)

Employment Type: Permanent, full time

We’ve recently replatformed onto a modern data stack, unlocking access to one of the UK’s richest datasets—from detailed vehicle fault histories to real-time connected car telemetry. Now, we’re turning that data into intelligent systems that keep Britain moving.

Responsibilities

  • Define the vision: Craft and deliver a bold, user-centric product strategy for AI powered features and services.
  • Lead discovery: Run ideation workshops and discovery sprints with designers, data scientists, and business experts.
  • Drive delivery: Own the product backlog, write epics and stories, and guide cross-functional squads through agile delivery.
  • Measure impact: Set KPIs and success metrics to track performance and continuously improve.
  • Stay ahead: Keep informed on GenAI and ML trends to shape forward-thinking roadmaps.
  • Champion adoption: Lead go-to-market and adoption strategies for new AI products.
  • Inspire product-thinking: Be a voice for outcome-driven, user-first thinking across the organisation.

What do I need?

  • Expertise in product management, with experience in AI, ML, or data-driven products.
  • A track record of launching GenAI or ML-based features into production.
  • Strong understanding of the AI landscape and a passion for innovation.
  • Confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with sharp problem-solving abilities.
