As Leadership Development Lead, you will play a key role in leading the management, design and delivery of our core Leadership programmes across the AA.
What will I be doing?
- Leading on our AA Leadership development programmes across the group (e.g. leadership curriculum, mentoring, people leader development)
- Reviewing and maintaining our first line manager programme and people leader induction programmes
- Ownership of the mentoring platform and process
- Content design for both internally written and externally sourced leadership content through L&D theories
- Management of overall learning curriculum including feedback and evaluation
- Onboarding third-party suppliers and regularly monitoring performance
What do I need?
Capability, Knowledge and Experience:
- Extensive experience in leadership development theories and concepts
- Wide range of experience managing and designing leadership development interventions and programmes
- Strong record of successful delivery of programmes from conception through to evaluation
- Strong ability to assess and understand leadership capability and gaps
- Proven experience of evaluating ROI for leadership interventions
- Vast experience of managing multiple training providers
