Job Summary

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Administrator to join our collaborative Talent Acquisition team on a 12‑month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, thrives on building strong relationships, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Supporting recruitment activity across a wide range of business areas, you’ll gain exposure to varying stakeholder groups and work closely with experienced Talent Acquisition professionals across the full hiring lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in ensuring recruitment activity runs smoothly, helping us deliver an efficient, engaging and high‑quality recruitment experience across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting recruitment activity across multiple business areas and stakeholder groups across the organisation.
  • Coordinating interviews, assessments and hiring activity to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Building strong working relationships with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders through clear, professional and authentic communication.
  • Supporting recruiters and hiring managers throughout the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Managing recruitment administration and maintaining accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Producing and updating recruitment trackers, reporting and hiring data where required.
  • Helping to continuously improve recruitment processes, candidate experience and team ways of working.
  • Using AI powered tools and emerging technology to support efficiency, organisation and continuous improvement across Talent Acquisition activity.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR coordination or a fast‑paced administrative environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging with colleagues across all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively and take ownership of tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A collaborative approach, with the confidence to work closely with and learn from experienced Talent Acquisition professionals.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across candidate communications, systems and reporting.
  • Comfortable working across multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and solutions‑focused approach.
  • Confidence using recruitment systems, Microsoft Office and digital tools.
  • Interest in AI and emerging technologies, with a proactive mindset towards integrating new tools and ways of working into day‑to‑day activity.
