This role involves:
- Carrying out garage audits to ensure each site meets both customer specific and AA Approved quality standards.
- Managing relationships with AA Approved Garages, supporting a network of partners to ensure high levels of service, quality, and compliance are consistently delivered.
- Conducting regular Quality & Compliance inspections, ensuring garages meet required standards and performance targets.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing action plans where needed.
- Supporting the continued growth of the AA Approved Garage Network by identifying and engaging potential new garage partners.
- Using performance data and reporting tools to conduct regular performance management visits to garages.
- Producing monthly performance and risk reports for senior management.
- Carrying out unannounced visits and mystery shops across the network.
- Monitoring and protecting the correct use of AA branding across partner garages.
- Investigating complaints and claims, managing issues through to a satisfactory resolution.
- Building strong working relationships with garage partners to drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent service standards.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A strong background within the motor industry aftermarket environment, with at least 3 years’ relevant experience.
- A minimum Level 3 Motor Industry qualification (or equivalent).
- A full, clean UK driving licence.
- Good IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft 365.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the AA brand and AA Approved Garage offering.
