What will I be doing?
- Programme Overview
- Duration: A comprehensive 18‑month journey where you’ll dive into the latest automotive technologies with workshops led by our in‑house training experts.
- Mentorship: You will be paired with a seasoned patrol expert, providing one‑on‑one guidance.
- Real‑World Experience: Gain practical on‑the‑job experience.
- Certification: Earn IMI and EV certifications that will set you apart in the industry.
- End of the programme: To be a fully competent roadside AA Patrol, with potential to increase pay and benefits.
- Starting and finishing work on your driveway (paid from the moment you get in your van to the moment you get home).

What do I need?
- Some experience in vehicle maintenance and repair and customer service.
- It’s essential that you have a full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less. If you don’t have category BE (towing) we’ll fund it for you.
- To be happy working shifts, which could include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
