As a Process Mapping and Improvement Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the business operates day to day. You’ll design, map and improve processes in a fast‑paced environment, working with stakeholders at all levels. Applying lean principles, you’ll reduce waste and enhance customer outcomes while ensuring compliance. Strong attention to detail is essential in this hands‑on role.
What will I be doing?
- Producing and critically reviewing business process maps
- Facilitating workshops with SMEs and stakeholders
- Ensuring documentation meets ISO standards
- Analysing processes for improvement opportunities
- Following governance and version control processes
- Acting as a key contact for process queries
- Communicating process updates across the business
- Building strong stakeholder relationships
