Role Summary
- Roadside Rescue Mechanic
- safeguarding our members by responding to roadside incidents and ensuring safe return to their journey.
Guaranteed year 1 earnings of £38,270 with target earnings (OTE) up to £60,000 based on performance.
Shifts: 40‑hour week with a variety of shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Rest days and shift lengths vary by selected pattern.
Responsibilities
- Start and finish on your driveway – paid from the moment you get in your van to the moment you get home.
- Work independently across varied locations and conditions while being a valued part of a supportive team.
- Use technical knowledge and clear communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Resolve roadside situations on the spot, applying technical skills and a calm approach.
Qualifications
- NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualification with appropriate experience.
- Full category B driving licence with 6 points or fewer.
- Confidence using and adapting to new technology.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
