The AA is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Personal Injury Claims Handler to join its Large Loss Team. You will manage a portfolio of complex and high-value motor injury claims from notification through to settlement, delivering strong outcomes for customers while protecting commercial interests.

Based in Newcastle on a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 at home), you will work with panel solicitors, medical experts and counsel to develop effective strategies, monitor trends and drive.
