What will I be doing?
- Own and prioritise the product backlog in line with business goals, customer needs and technical considerations, supporting delivery across multiple digital products.
- Translate complex business and customer requirements into clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering, design and analytics teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across Digital, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Compliance and Customer Services to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
- Use data, insight and experimentation to define KPIs, measure performance and continuously optimise digital journeys.
- Champion seamless, inclusive and customer-centred experiences across online, app and internal systems.
What do I need?
- Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner, with a technical lean and confidence working closely with engineering teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, fast-changing priorities, ideally across more than one product or digital proposition.
- A solid understanding of Agile and Scrum ways of working, including backlog management and delivery ceremonies.
- Experience delivering and optimising end-to-end digital customer journeys, guided by data, insight and usability testing.
- Excellent organisational skills, a customer-centred mindset, and the ability to perform well under pressure while making balanced trade-offs.
