Reporting to the Head of Risk, Compliance and Operations, you’ll help develop and embed AAUICL’s risk and control framework, supporting the business to achieve its strategic objectives while keeping good customer outcomes at the heart of decision-making. - Analyse risks, issues and incidents to identify root causes and provide clear reporting that supports informed decisions and effective governance.
- Support compliance with relevant statutory, legislative and regulatory requirements, including GFSC, FCA and Solvency II requirements, helping colleagues and outsourced service providers understand their obligations.
- Maintain effective Conduct and Customer Outcomes arrangements, helping the business identify and reduce the risk of poor customer outcomes.
- Oversee key third-party and outsourcing arrangements, compliance risks, registers and control activity to support an effective Risk & Compliance function and strong lines of defence.
