We’re looking for a Procurement Operations Analyst to help us strengthen how Procurement delivers value across The AA. In this role, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the business to improve operational performance, strengthen compliance and support better decision‑making through insight, analysis and collaboration. You’ll also play a key part in our digital journey, helping us adopt new technology and AI‑enabled solutions while contributing to transformation projects that improve how we work every day. What will I be doing?
- Analyse and monitor procurement process performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance and outcomes
- Deliver clear insights and management information to stakeholders through reports, dashboards and communications
- Support procurement policy and control compliance, including secondary audits of outsourced activity
- Contribute to digital and AI transformation, including technology evaluation, adoption and training support
- Provide project management support across procurement initiatives, tracking delivery, risks and dependencies
- Develop and maintain procurement guidance, learning materials and content to support consistent ways of working
What do I need?
- Experience of procurement processes across Source‑to‑Contract and Procure‑to‑Pay environments
- Familiarity with procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba or Coupa, and a strong interest in digital tools and AI solutions such as ChatGPT and/or CoPilot
- Strong analytical capability, with confidence using Excel and working with data to generate insight
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply
- Experience supporting or managing projects, from planning through to delivery
- A proactive, curious mindset, with the confidence to collaborate, challenge constructively and seek continuous improvement
