We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our AA Signs team. You’ll be the first point of contact for email-based customer enquiries (with some phone calls) relating to event signage and housing development signs. You’ll manage your own region – primarily Scotland and the North of England – ensuring queries are handled efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email (and occasional phone calls).
  • Load enquiries onto our internal system and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with internal teams and local authorities to share quotes and progress orders.
  • Provide excellent B2B customer service (97% of customers are businesses).
  • Take ownership of your region while supporting other colleagues.
  • Proactively move enquiries forward to ensure timely resolution.
