About the Role
As an AI Engineer, you’ll lead a team tackling real‑world challenges with direct impact. Think predictive models that anticipate breakdowns before they happen, intelligent routing to optimise thousands of roadside patrols, and agentic AI that transforms customer service.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable AI and ML models using GenAI, LLMs, and orchestration frameworks.
- Develop robust backend systems in Python, optimised for cloud‑native environments and production use.
- Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD, containerisation, monitoring, and model retraining.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business challenges into AI‑powered solutions.
- Build and maintain reusable components and data pipelines to support model training and inference.
- Ensure all AI systems are secure, ethical, and aligned with responsible AI governance standards.
Qualifications
- Strong hands‑on experience within AI/ML engineering, with a track record of building and deploying real‑world GenAI applications.
- Proficient in Python and experienced in developing scalable, cloud‑native backend systems.
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including model training, fine‑tuning, and evaluation.
- Experience with MLOps practices such as CI/CD, containerisation, monitoring, and model retraining.
- Skilled in working with large, complex datasets and building robust data pipelines for AI workloads.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences and influence stakeholders.
