The ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in working at least 2 years within a busy kitchen environment
- Fiercely independent and able to create unforgettable dishes for all our guests
- Passionate about the industry
- A hard-working individual who takes pride in their work
- Experience in the above is ideal, but passion is everything
Responsibilities include:
- The preparation of our unforgettable food dishes at a consistent high quality
- The opening and closing of the kitchen, ensuring all hygiene measures are being met & documented accurately
- Delegating and training of our small team of chefs
- 4 day working weeks including weekends and late nights
