From high-quality 1810 stainless steel, Schock quartz, and colourful PVD finishes to timeless fireclay designs, we bring together luxury, innovation and practicality to create products that inspire the heart of every kitchen.
The Role
We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive growth across the North East. This is a full-time, field-based role where you’ll own the territory, build strong relationships and grow both loyalty and new business.
You will
- Develop and execute your own sales strategy
- Build and nurture partnerships with kitchen retailers, fabricators, manufacturers and distributors
- Provide product training and support to our customers
- Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and turn insights into opportunities
- Represent 1810 & Schock at trade shows and key events
- Consistently hit – and exceed – sales targets
- Keep Sales Force up to date

What you Bring
- Strong track record in sales, account management and relationship building
- Experience with kitchen retailers and fabricators (Must have)
- Established relationships with kitchen store owners, showroom managers, kitchen designers, and fabricators
- Sharp understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivation and ability to manage your own schedule
- Full driving licence
(Knowledge of sinks, taps and accessories is a bonus – we’ll get you up to speed.)
