This is a full-time role for a Regional Sales Manager North West, ideally based in the Greater Manchester area. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible to grow his territory, developing strong relationships with kitchen retailers, fabricators, and national branches.
- Responsibilities include planning and executing regional sales strategies, delivering product presentations and training, and promoting The 1810 Company and Schock sinks, taps, and accessories.
- The role involves regular customer visits, territory planning, and accurate sales forecasting.
- The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and product launches, and will provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
- Proven regional or field sales experience, ideally within kitchens, KBB, construction products, or related trade channels.
- Strong relationship‑building and account management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with trade partners.
- Commercial and analytical abilities, including territory planning, pipeline management, and accurate sales reporting.
