This is a full-time role for a Regional Sales Manager North West, ideally based in the Greater Manchester area. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for growing their territory, developing strong relationships with kitchen retailers, fabricators, and national branches. Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing regional sales strategies
  • Delivering product presentations and training
  • Promoting The 1810 Company and Schock sinks, taps, and accessories
  • Regular customer visits, territory planning, and accurate sales forecasting
  • Collaborating with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and product launches
  • Providing feedback on market trends and competitor activity

Proven regional or field sales experience, ideally within kitchens, KBB, construction products, or related trade channels is required. Strong relationship-building and account management skills are essential, with the ability to influence and negotiate with trade partners, showroom managers, designers, small developers, and key decision makers. Commercial and analytical abilities, including territory planning, pipeline management, and accurate sales reporting are necessary. Effective communication and presentation skills are important, as is the comfort in delivering product training and demonstrations to diverse audiences. A high level of self-motivation, resilience, and organisation is needed, with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment. Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and basic digital tools for remote collaboration is expected. A valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the North West region is required. Knowledge of kitchen or interior design trends is a plus. A relevant qualification in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is beneficial, or equivalent professional experience.
