A 14 bedroom village hotel with a busy bar is recruiting a professional couple or dynamic duo to jointly lead kitchen operations and front of house service. This role suits an experienced hospitality pair looking for a long term, live in opportunity where responsibility, teamwork, and guest experience sit at the centre of the job.

The role:

  • One of you will take responsibility for the kitchen, overseeing food preparation and service standards.
  • One of you will lead front of house, managing bar service, guest welcome, and day to day hospitality.
  • Together, you will ensure smooth day to day running of the hotel, bar, and guest experience.
  • You will work closely as a small team, taking shared responsibility for standards, reliability, and service.
  • You will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and support the reputation of the hotel within the local community.

Working pattern:

  • This is a full time, live in role starting from mid March.
  • The role is intended as a long term opportunity, with commitment through to 31 October 2026 for the right couple.
  • Live in accommodation is provided as part of the role.
