What if your communications didn’t just inform… but activated, influenced and transformed performance at scale? Here at Cambridge Nutritional Foods, we’re at a pivotal moment. In a world shaped by dramatic shifts in consumer lifestyles and priorities, health and wellbeing are increasingly in focus. People are looking for products, services and solutions that help them live healthier, happier lives at every age and stage. With a self-employed sales network of over 4,000 across multiple brands such as The 1:1 Diet and Serenova Nutrition, we’re evolving how we engage, support and grow our field communities. This role is about shaping an evolved approach across our brand portfolio. One that connects strategy to storytelling, drives engagement, governance, adherence to policy and ultimately improves channel performance and customer experience. If you’re a commercially minded comms professional who thrives on influencing behaviour and challenging the status quo, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
Location: Corby, Northants with hybrid working (Monday, Tuesday plus 1 other day per week at our HQ)
Role Type: Permanent, full time
Travel Requirement: There will be occasional national travel involved for field engagement and events, which may require evening and weekend availability.
What will I be doing?
As our Communications & Network Engagement Partner, you’ll act as a key partner to our National Sales and Business Development Managers for our Direct Sales channel, leading how we communicate, engage and activate our Direct Sales and Distributor networks. You’ll evolve us to a proactive, performance-led communication, ensuring the right messages land with the right people, at the right time, in the right way. This will involve:
- Developing and delivering a structured, performance-led communications plan aligned to business and channel priorities and change initiatives
- Audit and evolve current communication channels, messaging and approach to improve clarity, consistency and engagement
- Create compelling, targeted communications that drive understanding, behavioural change and network performance
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to translate strategy into clear, actionable messaging for the Direct Sales and Distributor network across all own brands
- Own and optimise key communication channels, ensuring content is relevant, accessible and effectively reaches different segments of the field
- Embed policies, standards and governance through clear, practical communication, supporting consistency and reducing risk across the network
Am I the right person for this job?
You’ll be an experienced communications professional who understands how to influence behaviour, not just share information, to a geographically dispersed audience either national or global. This could come in the form of a multi-site operation, franchise network, field sales team or similar.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience in communications, engagement or sales enablement
- Has worked with field-based, multi-site or networked workforces
- Can translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging
- Understands how communication drives performance and behavioural change
- Is confident challenging existing ways of working and driving improvement
- Brings strong commercial awareness and stakeholder influence
