If you’re a marketer who thrives on creating and delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive true ROI, and know your CPA from your ROAS, then you could be our next Marketing Manager. You\’ll be front and centre in driving acquisition-focused, end-to-end marketing campaigns across our existing and start-up lifestyle and wellness brands, as we bring to life our new diversification strategy.

This is a pivotal role in a team that\’s evolving and where you\’ll shape how we go to market and influence our customer journey like never before. It’s your opportunity to build something, not just manage it.

Location: Corby, Northants – hybrid working (Monday, Tuesday plus 1 other day per week at our HQ)
Role Type: Permanent, full time

This role is your chance to lead digitally biasfull mix marketing campaigns, ranging from product marketing strategy through to eCommerce and customer insight for our Direct Sales and Direct to Consumer brands. This will involve shaping product and brand positioning, as well as launch plans to post-launch performance and beyond. You\’ll be central to a cross-functional, insight-led team, working closely with Product Development, Digital, Sales, and Supply Chain to deliver acquisition focused campaigns that convert interest into leads and customers.

Key areas of focus will include;
  • 360 Product Marketing – from ideation to launch and BAU, along with product lifecycle (launch, inline performance, and end-of-life strategy)
  • Acquisition – drive activity and campaigns that deliver lead and customer acquisition through mainly digital means, including newsletters, CRM, social and website etc
  • Customer Insight & Behaviour – leveraging insight to shape messaging for brand and product strategy
  • Reporting & Insight – develop weekly/monthly reporting that tracks commercial performance (sales, margin, ROI, ROAS etc)

You’ll be an experienced commercial marketer with demonstrable experience across the full marketing mix, with proven results in delivering successful end-to-end digital campaigns with measurable ROI. You’ll bring strong commercial acumen and confidence with data analysis and reporting which you can translate into actionable insight.
You\’ll also bring;
  • A track record of successfully delivering results focused digital marketing activity that drive conversion and acquisition
  • Campaign planning, delivery and activation experience
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills as you work on multiple brands and campaigns at any one time
  • A partnering approach to think pro-actively and build solid working relationships across different departments, aligning product development through to supply chain
  • The ability to influence cross-functionally and work at pace
