Working closely with the Comms and Marketing team, you will help shape how we show up across our digital channels through bold, thoughtful, social-first creativity. You will design standout assets across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and email, create Mailchimp templates and campaign visuals, support website content with strong digital design, and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content.
We are looking for someone who genuinely loves design, is naturally creative, and takes pride in producing work that looks and feels great. This is an in-house role with room to bring fresh ideas, experiment with formats, and raise the bar on how we show up visually, while staying aligned to our brand.
You will be trusted to work autonomously, stay on top of what is happening across the organisation, and proactively deliver what is needed month to month. You’ll have creative freedom to pitch ideas and explore new formats, while working within clear brand guidelines and campaign priorities.
This is a part-time role, with hybrid working in our London office and mandatory in-office.
Salary: £30,000 pro rata, 1 year contract (with possibility to extend)
