The Digital Designer is a key creative role at The 10,000 Interns Foundation, responsible for producing high-quality graphic design and video content that visually brings our mission to life, creating access and opportunity for underrepresented talent in the UK through our programmes, and equity in the workplace through our systems change approach.

Working closely with the Comms and Marketing team, you will help shape how we show up across our digital channels through bold, thoughtful, social-first creativity. You will design standout assets across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and email, create Mailchimp templates and campaign visuals, support website content with strong digital design, and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content.

We are looking for someone who genuinely loves design, is naturally creative, and takes pride in producing work that looks and feels great.
