The 10 Group are looking to hire a media relations Account Manager to play a central role in our fast-paced, highly creative integrated marketing and communications agency in Marylebone, London. The candidate will work across multiple accounts across both B2C and B2B clients.

Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
  • Act as the key client liaison, owning day to day communications, confidently managing expectations and delivery timelines.
  • Own and develop client presentations and reports, taking the lead on structure, content and presenting confidently to clients / stakeholders.
  • Monitor media landscapes with purpose, sharing standout coverage, competitor insight and analysis to feed into planning and campaign activation.
  • Write impactful copy, from sharp reactive statements to thoughtful opinion pieces and press releases that land headlines.
  • Lead on media outreach, crafting PR distribution strategies, pitching to journalists and building relationships with media.
  • Generate campaign / story ideas – from ideation to execution, considering research and spokespeople to support.
  • Manage multiple accounts and liaise with clients to deliver the highest quality outputs.
  • Have an ability to work calmly under pressure in a close-knit team.
Allocation of Time

This role is 4 days in the office/1 day working from home.

Skills

  • Media relations skills: strong media and journalist contacts & strong track record of securing earned coverage in broadcast, print and media. Placing spokespeople as commentators.
  • Grasp of the media landscape and fast evolving news agenda.
