The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

To lead the agency’s social-first content output on key social & content accounts. This is inclusive of being across social platforms, changes to algorithms, current content trends and best practice for relevant channels. This also includes playing a key role in 10G marketing, promoting the agency and its work via excellent content and a strong social presence.

As a content manager you will have direct responsibility for managing client expectations regarding the agency’s social-first content output - this will include making recommendations from both a strategic and creative perspective. A key part of the role includes filming, editing and producing content. This includes creating content briefs, attending shoots, feeding into channel maps and social toolkits, developing and sharing trends reports.

Internally, an important aspect of the role will involve educating the wider agency on social-first content. Taking ownership of the 10G social content creation in line with the marketing calendar is a core responsibility while keeping internal stakeholders updated and informed on planned activity.

Responsibilities
  • 2-3 years’ experience creating content in an agency setting.
  • Key content responsibilities include developing shoot briefs and working closely with the production team on briefings and editing.
  • Where required, the role involves shooting social-first content internally and at client shoots.
  • As a follow on, it will also involve social-first editing on CapCut and other editing software.
  • Designing and producing static content via Canva and other design platforms e.g. InDesign, Figma as required.
  • Managing junior and freelance content creators’ time and work when relevant.
  • Researching trends and keeping on top of changes to social platforms and their algorithms.
  • Making content recommendations and feeding into channel maps and toolkits inclusive of a clear understanding of how to optimise content for each platform.
Allocation of Time

This role is 4 days in the office/1 day working from home with some time required at external shoots.
