Performance Intern – 3-month Internship
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a curious, proactive and AI‑savvy intern to join our Performance team for a 3‑month summer internship. This role is designed for someone at the start of their career who wants to learn fast, experiment with AI tools, and apply them to real‑world marketing challenges. You’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting global campaigns, while exploring how AI can improve how we work, think and deliver for clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Campaign & Performance Support
- Assist in building and deploying email campaigns
- Support audience segmentation and targeting
- Track and report on campaign performance
- Contribute to campaign ideation and optimisation
- AI & Innovation (Core Focus)
- Use AI tools to improve workflows
- Support the creation of AI‑assisted campaign assets (copy, insights, reporting)
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks or enhance outputs
- Test and share new AI tools, trends and use cases with the team
- Insights & Reporting
- Help generate reports and performance dashboards
- Turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Support creation of client‑ready presentations and templates
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in marketing, sport, entertainment or fan engagement
- Naturally curious about AI and how it can be applied in business
- Comfortable using digital tools (Excel, Google Suite; AI tools a bonus)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Creative thinker with a problem‑solving mindset
- Most importantly: someone who is proactive, adaptable and excited to experiment.
