The Project Account Assistant will oversee the financials of the Formula E account and Motorsport department, including bank and cash reconciliations, cash flow reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations. Part-time, 2 days per week. Maternity cover contract for 9 months, based in LIVE·TEAM’s Orpington office on Tuesday and Thursday.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Communication with shared services to ensure upcoming payments are to be made
  • Raising client invoices (following contracted timeline)
  • Raising POs
  • Onboarding suppliers
  • Project performance analysis
  • Supplier support

The Skills And Experience You Need

  • Advanced excel skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Part qualified or qualified by experience, minimum 5 years
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to follow through on multiple tasks at any one time
  • Ability to resolve issues on a timely basis
  • Experience of stakeholder management at senior level
