We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Bid Manager to lead the end‑to‑end management of all incoming ITTs (Invitations to Tender) and RFPs (Requests for Proposal) across LIVE·TEAM globally. Reporting to the AVP Business Development, this is a pivotal middle‑management role responsible for overseeing the intake, assessment, scheduling, coordination and allocation of all global bid activity. You will ensure every submission is delivered on time, fully compliant, commercially robust and aligned to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring significant day‑to‑day experience of managing and responding to complex RFPs and ITTs across varying geographies, formats and procurement requirements. You will be supported by a deputy and will work closely with Strategy, Creative, Production, Finance, Legal, Marketing and wider group colleagues to coordinate high‑performing, insight‑led submissions.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assist the AVP with managing the central intake and triage process for all global ITTs and RFPs
- Communicate and monitor clear timelines, deliverables and submission requirements
- Oversee full bid timetables, identifying risks and ensuring milestones are achieved
- Ensure compliance with varying global procurement processes and submission formats
- Maintain quality control across written, financial and visual components of every submission
- Provide clear reporting and visibility to senior leadership on pipeline activity and resourcing
- Support commercial positioning and overall response strategy
- Lead the development and ongoing management of a centralised data bank of credentials, policies, case studies and standard response materials
- Implement structured filing, version control and asset management systems to improve efficiency and consistency
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, response quality and win rates
