The Music Team in London is seeking a meticulous Music Assistant to support agents with artist records, contracts, and travel arrangements. You will keep client bios, riders, and marketing assets up to date in our CRM and help issue contracts for confirmed performances.
You will also manage itineraries, invoices, and settlements, while coordinating with accounting and immigration paperwork (Certificate of Sponsorship) as needed. Prior music administration experience is preferred.
