We’re looking for a talented Midweight Motion Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone with strong motion graphics experience who can bring ideas to life through dynamic visual storytelling. You’ll work across a range of projects, collaborating closely with designers, creatives, and producers to deliver high-quality motion content.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create engaging motion graphics for digital, social, and live events
  • Translate concepts and static designs into compelling animated content
  • Work collaboratively with creative directors, designers, and editors
  • Take ownership of projects from concept through to final delivery
  • Maintain high visual standards and attention to detail across all outputs
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Contribute ideas and creative solutions during team discussions

What You Need

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a motion design role (agency or in‑house)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and animation work
  • Proven experience creating content for live events, including large‑format displays and in‑stadium screen content
  • Understanding of technical and creative considerations for live environments (e.g., screen formats, resolutions, playback systems, and real‑time constraints)
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects
  • Solid knowledge of Cinema 4D (modeling, lighting, rendering, basic simulation)
  • Good understanding of design principles (typography, layout, composition)
  • Experience working with the full Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
  • Ability to storyboard and develop motion concepts
  • Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
  • Experience with 3D workflows, rendering engines, and plugins (e.g., Redshift)
  • Basic sound design and editing skills
  • Familiarity with scripting/expressions in After Effects and Red Giant plugins
  • Experience in branding, advertising, social‑first content and live events
  • Knowledge of current motion and design trends
