We are looking for a talented and detail-driven Tenders & Bids Executive to join our Tenders Team. As a key contributor to bid development, you will play an integral role in shaping compelling, persuasive and visually engaging submissions that showcase the very best of LIVE·TEAM. Working collaboratively with Strategy, Creative, Design, Marketing and the wider Commercial team, you will help ensure every proposal is strategically sound, beautifully presented and delivered to the highest standards. This role requires strong writing ability, meticulous organisation and the confidence to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Draft, edit and refine engaging, persuasive tender responses
  • Translate strategic thinking into clear, compelling written narratives
  • Develop bespoke content tailored to the requirements of each opportunity
  • Maintain exceptional standards of grammar, tone and consistency
  • Contribute to narrative structuring and storyboarding
  • Identify and articulate key USPs and differentiators
  • Work closely with Creative and Design teams to ensure written and visual storytelling are seamlessly aligned
  • Support the integration of bespoke visual content, artwork and presentation materials
  • Assist in maintaining the central content database, credentials library and filing systems
  • Ensure accurate version control and structured document management
  • Conduct research into markets, competitors and client landscapes to support insight‑led responses
  • Support bid planning documentation and administrative processes
  • Ensure all submissions meet client requirements and internal quality standards
  • Assist with submission uploads and documentation management
