Role Overview
We are looking for a mid-weight Presentation Designer to join our Creative team in Aldwych House. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping high-impact presentations and pitch materials across sport, music and entertainment as part of a vibrant, multi-skilled team within our global agency. An ambitious, creative, collaborative team player who can turn complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Design Director, Design Leads and wider creative teams to craft high-quality presentation design.
- Translate complex ideas into impactful visuals and turn strategy, insight and rough content into clear, visually compelling pitch decks.
- Work with client and internal brand guidelines, adapting them when relevant.
- Apply composition, typography and layout principles to create structured, engaging slides.
- Shape narrative flow and pacing, understanding how a story builds across a deck.
- Visualise the right information for different audiences and stakeholders.
- Sourcing and manipulating images to suit specific aesthetics.
- Build and work within grid systems and templates to ensure consistency and quality.
- Fine-tune every detail, from hierarchy and alignment to spacing and typographic precision.
- Collaborate with strategists, creatives and account teams to elevate ideas.
- Manage multiple projects, often to tight deadlines, without compromising on craft.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 3 years of agency experience, ideally within sports.
- Experience designing across multiple disciplines and channels, including strong presentation or pitch design.
- Proficient in Google Slides, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with Midjourney and Adobe Firefly is a bonus.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, information design and storytelling through design.
- Ability to tailor visual communication to different audiences and stakeholder needs.
- Excellent attention to detail, from overall composition to the smallest typographic decisions.
- Confident working across multiple projects and managing time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working within brand guidelines and contributing to their evolution.
- Interest in branding, identity systems and culture-led work; a passion for sports, music and entertainment is recommended.
