This role sits within our Client Services team at LIVE·TEAM, based in Hook. You’ll be working as part of an experienced and dynamic team, primarily focusing on established or new accounts delivering a range of exciting events. You will work across the entire life cycle of projects and prominent events, involved in every element of our event delivery from start to finish. Project planning across these events is central to what we do, and you’ll also be involved in client management, budgeting, feasibility reviews and implementation, administration and project support, as well as on‑site crew management and stakeholder liaison. Please note, a clean UK driving licence is required for this role as there will be travel involved.
What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure that work produced meets all objectives set, is done on time and to the highest standard, and achieves the best possible results for the company and our clients.
- Assist in the development of creative ideas, undertaking research as requested to ensure they are possible to implement within specific parameters and budget.
- Take active involvement in the research and feasibility of ideas generated.
- Supporting all operational and administrative functions to ensure each event is delivered efficiently.
- To assist with the day‑to‑day financial control of client budgets – including inputting into project and event budgets, pricing, supplier quotations, onboarding and payments.
- Project Management – ensuring project systems and procedures are set up and structured correctly, ensuring all relevant data is entered concisely and accurately onto LIVE·TEAM’s client management system.
- Compiling and writing client responses, presentations and reports.
- Management of artwork requests and client approvals.
- Coordination and management of staff and contractors on site during event delivery.
- Maintaining good communication and reporting throughout the complete event lifecycle, including job sheets and schedules.
- Assisting with and feeding into the creation of risk assessments and method statements, taking responsibility for ensuring agreed health and safety processes are adhered to by the LIVE·TEAM and by our suppliers/contractors.
- Liaising with other internal departments including Production, Studio and Operations.
- Managing supplier relationships.
- Feeding data into departmental review meetings, including quality and issue logging.
- Identifying opportunities for performance improvement and cost efficiencies.
The Skills And Experience You Need
- Experience within a similar role is preferred.
- Experience of event management and on‑site delivery of projects preferable.
- Ability to multi‑task - you will be working across a number of activities at the same time, delivering consistently high‑quality work to tight deadlines is key.
- Good communication skills across a variety of formats including verbal, written and presentational.
- A high proficiency of numeracy and literacy, including knowledge and capability to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
- Attention to detail across all areas of event delivery, demonstrating diligence and professionalism.
- Problem solving – excellent ability to problem solve, ability to identify risks and issues and come up with innovative solutions to resolve.
- Ability to meet challenges and quickly deliver workable solutions in demanding environments.
- Time management skills, working both independently and as part of a wider team.
- Ability to prioritise to meet challenging deadlines.
- Ability to take responsibility for your own work.
