Our Client Services team plays a key role in the delivery of our client accounts and events. An extremely busy, fast‑paced, exciting and diverse area of the LIVE·TEAM business, we deliver throughout the UK, Europe and for clients across the globe. The role sits within our Orpington Team, based between this office and some on‑site time with our clients.
You will be working as part of an experienced and dynamic team, primarily focusing on the successful management and operational delivery of extensive signage and branding projects. You will work across the entire life cycle of prominent projects from start to finish. Project planning is central to what we do, and you’ll also be involved in:
- Client management
- Budgeting
- Feasibility reviews and implementation
- Administration and project support
- On‑site crew management
- Stakeholder liaison
To manage the day‑to‑day running of key client projects, leading client communication and stakeholder management. Budget responsibility for individual projects including pricing, margin control and maximization. Compiling client proposals and responding on new briefs, pitches and client negotiations. Clear professional communication and management of client expectations. Leading by example, managing team members and contributing positively to a wide range of projects.
Implementation of Project Management disciplines, processes and skills including programme and risk management. Managing artwork, colour matching and the approval processes both with the client and with our internal Studio and Production teams. On‑site management of contractors including implementation of H.
