Our client is a professional services firm delivering strategy and transformation work to enterprise clients across the Americas.

They are hiring experienced management consultants to lead delivery on engagements in the United Kingdom

This is a senior, client-facing role. You will run the room, own the recommendation, and defend it in front of executive stakeholders.

The firm operates an AI-enabled delivery model.

Analytical work at volume is handled by proprietary systems.

Consultants are hired for judgment, client relationships, and the quality of the recommendation built on top of the analysis.

If you want to build models, this is not the role.

If you want to decide what the models mean, it is.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead client-facing delivery on assigned engagements, including executive interviews, working sessions, and validation meetings
  • Apply structured assessment and diagnostic methodologies consistently across engagements
  • Convert analytical output into defensible recommendations, including where the analysis is wrong
  • Produce executive-grade deliverables: board-ready memos, target operating model designs, workforce optimization blueprints, hiring roadmaps, risk and mitigation matrices
  • Travel to client sites for on-site assessment windows, typically one to two weeks per region
  • Manage delivery against fixed milestones tied to client planning cycles, escalating risk early
  • WHAT YOU NEED
  • Four or more years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or enterprise transformation
  • Background at a top-tier strategy firm or Big 4 advisory practice strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated client-facing ownership at director level or above. You have run the meeting, not prepared the deck for someone else to run
  • Depth in at least two of: organizational design, technology transformation, workforce and capability assessment, operating model redesign, post-merger integration
  • Written communication strong enough that your work reaches the client without a rewrite
  • Authorization to work in the United States and to travel domestically for client engagements
  • Willingness to work under a confidentiality agreement
  • PREFERRED
  • Financial services, insurance, or telecommunications sector experience
  • Change management certification such as Prosci or ADKAR
