We’re THC Homes — designers and builders of premium, sustainable modular homes and leisure buildings. Our mission is to craft spaces that nurture health, happiness, and connection with nature. We work with self-builders, developers, and holiday park owners who are building for the future — and we’re ready to level up our sales game. With a new showroom launching in Sept 2025, we’re looking for a sales pro to lead from the front — not just converting leads, but helping us shape how we sell, from strategy to positioning and more.
You’ll take charge of our entire high-ticket sales cycle — from first contact to close — with a focus on:
- Converting hot leads into signed projects (average order value £100k–£1m+)
- Creating a robust outbound strategy to reach high-net-worth individuals and holiday park decision-makers
- Optimising our sales process, advising on pipeline tools, follow-up cadence, and CRM use
- Leading by example and setting the tone for current & future staff
You’ll Need to Show Us:
- A minimum of 5 years in high-ticket sales (B2C or B2B is fine) - modular / housing / holiday / leisure / park homes / hospitality / construction in general are the main industries we’re looking for in terms of experience.
- A documented track record of consistent conversion and hitting large revenue targets
- Strong experience with deals of £100k+ — and ideally projects over £500k
- The ability to present confidently to directors, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth clients
- Strategic sales thinking — you can build a funnel and close it
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales pipeline from first contact to contract
- Run Discovery Calls and client walkthroughs at our showroom and on site
- Work with the Directors to refine sales strategy, outreach methods, and lead tracking
- Create and A/B test sales scripts, proposals, and email funnels
- Manage key accounts through to completion and handover to our project team
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure sales and brand strategy align

- 50% Warm inbound leads typically generated from strong online presence (SEO). 20% of outbound leads are sourced for you from planning portals and other software with proprietary APIs.
