We are currently looking for a HGV Class 2 Drainage Engineer to join our growing team based in Gillingham, Kent.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a professional two-man crew operating a range of specialist drainage vehicles.
Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for experienced drainage operatives and HGV drivers looking to develop new skills.
The Role
- Working as part of a two-person team on specialist jetting units.
- Operating and assisting with drainage cleaning, maintenance and emergency drainage works.
- Driving and operating vehicles ranging from 18 tonne to 32 tonne jetting units.
- Carrying out drainage investigations and blockage clearance.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Completing relevant vehicle and job documentation.
Requirements
Essential
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
- Valid Driver CPC qualification.
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Preferred
- CSCS Card.
- Previous drainage or jetting experience (advantageous but not essential).
