About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and technically competent System Administrator to support and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, cloud services, virtual desktop environments, and end user computing platforms. The role is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, and reliability of enterprise systems across on premises and cloud environments, including Microsoft 365, VDI platforms, and core infrastructure services. Working closely with internal stakeholders and technology teams, the System Administrator will provide operational support, manage incidents and service requests, assist with security monitoring and compliance activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services and user experience across the organization.
Primary Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and monitor servers, operating systems, cloud services, and enterprise infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including user administration, Teams, SharePoint, and related collaboration platforms.
- Administer and support virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environments, including VMware Horizon, Citrix Virtual Apps.
