With our growing presence in Scotland, we have an exciting opportunity here at Thatchers for a Territory Manager who is based in and around Perth. This is a full-time permanent position which will require you to visit on-trade premises, covering areas of Scotland, specifically north of Perth, helping our customers to sell more cider. We are looking for a motivated and flexible person to increase brand presence of our premium ciders.
What will I be doing?
- Grow your territory through identifying new opportunities, to increase volume through product distribution & rate of sale within existing and new customers.
- Enhance customer/consumer engagement through in outlet tastings, events, product placement and PO.
- Build and nurture relationships with route-to-market partners and key wholesale customers to drive growth and brand presence.
- Develop, manage, and grow relationships with multi-site operator groups, while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities within small group accounts.
As part of your role, you will occasionally need to undertake overnight stays.
What are we looking for?
You will have a good level of experience working in the on-trade/with on-trade customers and have experience of working in a field sales role. At Thatchers, we empower our people to manage their territory as though it’s their own business. As a Territory Manager, you’ll drive awareness of the Thatchers brand in your area, to increasing the distribution and availability of our award-winning premium ciders. Knowledge of the on-trade is preferable.
