We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate & dedicated Field Sales Manager, to lead our Off-Trade Field Sales team in the South!
What will I be doing?
Based in the South region of the UK, you will lead & manage the Off-Trade Field Sales team, ensuring the effective delivery of business KPIs across retail stores. This role oversees recruitment, training, performance management, and continuous team development, while maintaining high standards of customer service and consistent brand representation throughout the region. As the Off-Trade Field Sales team leader across our heartland, this is a high-profile and strategically important position!
The Specifics:
- Delivering field team distribution and visibility of KPIs by effectively leading and managing team performance
- Build personal, regional level customer relationships
- Inspire a team of Field Sales Executives to go the extra mile for our customers
- Contribute to the continuous development of our approach to build capability
- Recruit and induct new Field Sales team members
- Train, develop and monitor team members capability through days in trade
- Deliver effective, regular performance appraisals
- Use data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the field team
- Regularly report on performance, challenges and KPI delivery to senior leaders
- Ensure consistent messaging aligned with company policies
As part of your role, you will occasionally need to undertake overnight stays.
