We’re working with a highly regarded project and cost management consultancy that partners with public and private clients to deliver exceptional outcomes across healthcare, leisure, and commercial sectors. They are now seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager
to join their Bristol-based team.
The Role
This is a delivery-focused position suited to a proactive and professional Senior Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative, client-facing environment. You’ll take the lead on a portfolio of
NHS refurbishment and maintenance projects
, with the opportunity to work on wider commercial and leisure schemes.
You’ll be responsible for:
Overseeing project delivery from inception to handover.
Managing programming, cost, and contract administration.
Leading client meetings and reporting to the Client Board.
Maintaining control of budgets, risk, and project timelines.
Ensuring compliance and quality through every project stage.
Some travel to London (typically one day per week) may be required.
About You
You’ll be an experienced construction Project Manager, ideally chartered or working towards RICS, CIOB, or MAPM status, with a solid background in delivering
JCT or NEC
contracts. A track record in healthcare or public sector refurbishment projects would be highly valued.
