We are supporting a professional and highly regarded construction outfit who are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth through new account development and existing client expansion. This role combines strategic relationship building with hands-on project support, offering an excellent opportunity for someone with technical aptitude to make a significant impact in a specialized engineering environment.

The successful applicant will manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospect identification through project delivery support, while maintaining strong partnerships and ensuring exceptional client experiences throughout our engagement process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across target markets
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with strategic partners and key accounts
  • Maximise revenue potential from existing client base through proactive engagement
  • Conduct regular client communications via calls, meetings, and strategic touchpoints
  • Develop comprehensive understanding of company products and processes from initial inquiry through final delivery
  • Effectively communicate technical solutions and value propositions to prospects and clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, detailed client documentation including proposals, tenders, and contracts
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, and costing teams to develop competitive and deliverable solutions
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research for internal strategic planning
  • Monitor industry trends and opportunities for business positioning
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events aligned with business objectives
  • Support project delivery teams to ensure successful contract execution
  • Attend client progress meetings and maintain regular project communication
  • Prepare weekly client project status reports and updates
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries and lead qualification

  • Coordinate meetings and engagements with partners and clients

Experience and Qualifications:
